Can't change payment on file

Got an email asking me to update my payment info. My debit card cracked recently and I have a new CVS code, same card number. Also moved so have to change my address for billing. Tried multiple times, and get red error message that change cannot be processed. Help?

I spoke with three support reps today. None of them can figure it out. Last rep told me that DirectV is a self serve app and not otherwise supported. That's why I came here.

DirecTV Stream. yes sorry. I chatted, then couldn't resolve so they gave me a phone number. Spoke on phone with two reps who couldn't help.

told me it was self service only.
