Changing my autopay date
Is there any way at all to have my autopay date moved from the 3rd to the 10th of the month? I've been a streaming customer for the past 4-5 years. I don't want to have to cut my service just to have to sign up all over again in order to get a later autopay date.

Right. Your payment date is based on the day your started service. There's no way to change it, short of canceling and resubscribing on the desired date.
