Contact info changed but not used

I changed my contact email over a month ago.  However, Directv is still using old email.  Seems they will not correct.  My profile shows new and correct email.

Why don’t you change my email direct tv ??? When direct tv told me ,they updated me !!! Direct tv liars !!!!  All I wanted to do two weeks ago was pay my direct tv bill !!! And now our bill is more than, and I have to get a promise to pay !!!!  And can’t even do that !!   Because direct tv lied to me ,and did not update anything liars
