Credit Card Charge Failed due to Replacement Card - Account Canceled.

Hi, 

I had an issue regarding potential fraudulent activity on my card so the bank canceled it and issued me a new card. During that time my Direct TV stream payment didn't process. I have a new card to use but on the DirectTV Stream portal it says my account is cancelled. This was over the period of a little over a week (8 Days) between when the payment didn't go through and my account being cancelled. Can I get my existing plan turned back on?
