Direct TV Stream Login
I am unable to login to Direct TV Stream. Happened all of a sudden today. Have had the service for about 3 weeks. I get a care code of 201 saying login or password is incorrect. I’ve changed it multiple times to no avail. My login is different from my AT&T account logins…but it was all set up by an AT&T service agent. I can log in to see my account on a browser but completely unable to login on the apps to watch TV. Called for help and nobody could help me - they just issued an escalation ticket number. Can anyone help?

I have never been a satellite customer. Streaming devices are IPhones and fire sticks. No device updates or changes. What do you mean by linked accounts?

AT&T set up the direct tv when we moved our cell phone and internet to them. So I guess in a sense they are linked to at&t. That’s under my wife’s email and login while the direct tv is under mine. I go to 2 different sites to see the bills, etc etc
