HBO Max

Maybe I can get some help on here because I tried the chat and they just kept wanting me to add the service to my account when I already have the service. WIth my old account I had HBO Max added and always got all the HBO channels included with our AT&T unlimited Data plan. Are the channels still included when you have HBO Max or do you have to pay the 14.99 like they kept getting me to do. It would be stupid for me to pay 14.99 a month when I already have the service in my package.

The auto credit has never worked. I’ve been having to chat online with Directv every time the promo they give expires and then they do something. I wish they would do something for these grandfathered plans

I guess I'm throwing in the towel on this one.  Directv no longer will give me credits and now they say to contact AT&T but of course AT&T will say contact Directv.   I've cancelled the HBO channels on my account since I don't want to pay $15.00 when I already get the app included with AT&T. Even though it clearly says on my plan includes HBO channels,  Directv and AT&T have no clue.  


NEED HELP?
