How to sign up to a bulk account

Welcome to DIRECTV, @Riddle2727TV! We just tested the link on our end, and is fully active and working. That 404 error usually happens when a browser gets stuck on outdated site data. The link should load correctly by using these quick troubleshooting steps:

• Use an Incognito/Private window: Open a new private tab, type in the link manually, and try again. This forces the browser to load the page completely fresh.
• Clear cache and cookies: Clear the browser's history to wipe out old error data.
