Never get the text one time code

Anybody else having trouble logging in when they ask you for the one time code and you never get it then you try to email it and it takes so long at times out then you’re locked out for 24 hours because you try too hard. I love to have two-step verification if it works, but this system is definitely broken.

as a paying customer, you should be able to walk in and watch TV and not have to login and if you do have to verify at least get a system that works and send you the code.
