Not able to sign up for Directv with internet

Has anyone experienced this issue while trying signing up for Directv with internet. It won’t take any payment method like visa, Mastercard any kind of debit or cards. It keep saying authorization decline. We can’t validate. Please try another different card. My cards are find. I called the bank and credit company and they have confirm 30 hold went through. But it won’t create the an account. Can anyone help and has anyone had the same issue?
