I didn't have this problem - it signed on fine. I used the "streaming.siriusxm.com/onboarding" site from a phone that already had Sirius logged in to the app on the phone, and it auto-logged in the app on the DirecTV device.

Contact Sirius. It's an app from the Google Play Store, not integrated with the DirecTV Stream service.

I have, and I have done everything, just would like to know if anyone else has the same problem, like they do with the Hulu app from the google play store.
