You can use a splitter. I did for a long time. I made a small hole in my family room wall to my bedroom and the splitter serviced each TV. But now I have 3 DTV boxes and 2 TV's using DTV Stream via ROKU's.

You need to have a box or device for each TV unless you want to move devices from TV to TV but that is a hassle.

Each TV needs its own streaming device. That could be a DirecTV Stream box, FireStick, Roku, Apple TV, etc.
