Unable to log in to Max app

Unable to log in to Max app with computer or phone. I have Directv Stream and have a 3 month free trial of Max and when i go to Max and try to log in with  the Directv stream provider i just get a message that says, Incorrect user ID or password. Try again.Care code: 201 [LU100]  I have tried changing my password 4 or 5 times and even changed my email. I have talked to Directv both on the chat and the phone and no help! I even talked to Max and they said it is a problem on the Directv side that they need to fix. And i am using the same user name and password that i use for Directv stream. It's been over a week since i signed up for Directv and Max app still not working!

I am using PC and phone. Don;t and never did have DirecTV Satellite only stream. Can not use the roku because they want you to go log in on a pc or phone with a provider which i can not to put there code in. It does not mater what provider i pick whether it is ATT, Directv or Directv Stream it always shown the same,

Incorrect user ID or password. Try again.

Yes i have a max subscription thru Directv Stream. I use windows on pc. Android on phone. As for the code i was talking about is when i am on my roku and go to log in on the max app there with a provider it says to go over on a computer or phone to the max app and after log in you need to enter the code they just gave you to activate in on the roku app. So i am right back with the same problem i can not log in! The problem is not with anything i am doing it is a problem on the Directv side! And there are other people having the same problem as me Directv stream said and they did not know how to fix it just that they are having people look in to it.

Now when i try to log in with Directv stream provider today it shows,

Can’t Verify Subscription

It looks like you don’t have access to Max through this provider.

If you think this is a mistake, please contact your provider directly. You can also try connecting through another provider.

I even tried Directv and AT&T provider.

And they finally got it fixed where i can log in about 30 min ago and it's all working now! It only took them almost 3 weeks to fix! lol
