Unlimited DVR

Good evening -

We are new DirectTV Streaming.  Our township just recently got Kinetic, and we switched from Spectrum for all our services - Internet, TV, and phone.  When the person "selling" these services talked to my husband and which he then signed up for, one of the benefits was Unlimited DVR.  When I got home and reviewed DirectTV Streaming online, I again saw that Unlimited DVR was included.

We are only receiving 20 hours, not unlimited.  When I called Customer service today (When the TV was turned a pop-up appeared - the person tried to close the pop up and it automatically added a movie add on package!) I asked the customer service rep about the unlimited DVR.  She (Chloe) said that free option is only offered online and not through a sales rep.  Looking at your Online add now, it does not say anywhere that the free unlimited is only available online...What gives?  Is there any way for us to obtain the free unlimited DVR that was promised to us?
