Why did I lose my GO BIG $25 discount?

Hello there. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The monthly price on/after 1/22/2023 for the Go Big package price is $89.99. It seems like you have been paying the incorrect amount without the increase for these last months. The Go Big Promotion ended in January 2017 and is no longer available. However, customers with the promotion, remain on the plan if their account remains active, and if you don't cancel/change the package. We signed up for DirectTV Now at the AT&T store the very first week it was offered. (now it's called DirectTV Stream) The cost then was $35 per month and guaranteed not to go up in cost for original subscribers. Then it became DirectTV Stream, and the cost started going up and has keep increasing each year. What ever happen to the original offer to all the original subscribers to keep the cost at the original price?  Ed

That original offer was wrongly guaranteed to you for a lifetime. We all wish inflation did not exist and that the price could stay the same. Unfortunately, with TV companies demanding more money from DIRECTV and other providers to carry their channels, the costs of live TV gradually rise. That $35 rate (whether guaranteed for life or not) has went up. Either find a cheaper package (you cannot switch back to GO BIG if you do this), or find a different TV service.
