ATT TV input does not work on my Sharp TV

Hello, I just received a new AT&T TV device and remote and I have programed as instructed.  Everything is on the remote is working except the input selector bottom.  I'm unable to change inputs on my Sharp TV.   I have another set in another room with an LG tv and it works fine.

I reprogramed the remote and let is pass the one occasion where it moves the volume but it doesn't have another chance where it moves the volume again.  I retry again and select the one time it moves the volume and the remote works but the input select bottom still does not work.

How can I get the remote to change my input on my Sharp TV
