Audio, but No Picture
Randomly my screen will go black but I will still have audio. I've restarted the router and cable box but it doesn't resolve the issue. Anyone else have this problem? I cannot get help from tech support or customer service.

What streaming device are you using to view DirecTV Stream? Cable box?
Does this only happen with your DirecTV Stream service?
