Box turns off and does not retain resolution setting
Recently, suddenly, two problems started occurring on our DirecTv Stream box. When pausing viewing on an app, after a few minutes, the box turns off. At the same time this problem started, the box also now does not retain the resolution setting. Anytime the box is turned on, it is in standard definition and I have to go into the menu and select 1080P. It is not set to a different setting, the setting is just blank.
I've tried resetting the box and checking all the settings related to both power and resolution. Nothing seems to help.
Any suggestions?

I had the same issue with my Gemini Air. Turn on your screen saver in the settings area

If you have a 4k TV Check to see if your HDMI port that the Air is connected to is set in the TV HDMI port setting for Enhanced or 4k

It is not. This is just something that randomly started happening. For 3 years no problem until now.
