C71KW-200 fails since moving from ATT to DirecTV Streaming

My C71KW-200 fails since moving from ATT to Direct TV Streaming. I have attempted both soft and hard resets with no success.

I like the box and the remote.

If I cannot get this working I will move from DirecTV to Roku.

When I asked Roku if they supported the C71KW-200 they replied no but offered me one of their boxes and remotes at no charge if I moved to their service.

Can Direct TV Stream get my C71KW-200 working again? Or are they not supported?
