C71KW-400 update failure
I just signed up for DirecTV stream today, I have a new C71KW-400 device, but when it powered on and went to check for updates it failed .... "There's a Problem. We had a problem checking for update. Please try again later. For more info, visit att.com/atttvsetup" Any ideas of how to get past this??

Where did you get this C71K? Others have reported that some boxes purchased on eBay cannot be updated, often because they're still active on someone's account or are too old.
