Make sure of data limits as well.
In terms of a static IP.....most ISP's are dynamic by default and the IP address doesn't change very often. So, I wouldn't worry about having to purchase a static IP. I have Mediacom and the IP address changes every once in a while and I've been using Dtv Stream for 15 months.

Sure. Just make sure the ISP has a static IP.
