Cannot log into new Direct TV Stream Account

I am an ATT customer that has two cell phones, internet, home phone and Uverse for the TV services in a bundle. I signed up a couple of days ago to migrate the TV account  to direct TV stream and there is supposed to be a two week trial to check out the direct TV stream.  However I cannot access the direct TV stream services on my log in. Whenever I log in it just loops back to the att.com sign in page instead of letting me watch TV or do anything on direct TV stream. I called tech service yesterday and today been on the phone almost four hours total now and no progress. I have changed passwords, tried logging into direct TV stream online, on the phone, and on the TV using the direct TV stream box, as well as changing the login ID on my original linked ATT.com website so it would be different than the direct TV stream log in and password but still does not work. I am still within the window I can just cancel it and send this box back but direct TV should be able to create a log in so that I can access the service that does not loop back to the att.com website.

I started streaming thru Att now I can't use my sign in I been using any more. I can't use the app but I'm paying for it
