Change billing zip code because I cannot record national network stations on DirectTV strear.
I cannot record any national tv station shows (NBC, ABC, CBS, MyTV) on the DirectTV stream box. I think it is because the billing zip code is different than location zip code. Location zip is correct (Murfreesboro, TN) but billing zip code is our old address in Germantown WI. How can this be changed or what do I need to get all stations to record?

Go to the Dtv Stream website---account details, billing and payments. Your address/zip code is with your credit card info. Change it there.

Thank you. That is where the setting is wrong and I changed it there. How long will it take for the change to be reflected in the Settings on the TV Stream box? Do I have to do an update on the box?

Logging out and logging back in updated the zip code. Thank you
