Since you have had it for more than a year you would have to buy a box to replace it. Your best bet would be to buy a certified refurbished box from Directv Stream for $49.99 you would also get a 1-year warranty with this. Or you can buy a brand new box for $120.00 with a 1-year warranty. The benefit to this is you can pay the full amount up front or break up the cost up over 2 years at $5.00 a month. To buy a box from Directv Stream the easiest way is to go through www.directv.com or to call customer service (Phone # below). Whatever you do DO NOT buy a box from a 3rd party provider (example: eBay) most boxes bought from 3rd party providers tend to not work because the original owner still owed money when they canceled their service making these boxes obsolete.

I have had it since April/May 2020 and got it through DTV Stream and picked it up at a an AT&T store.
