Is DIRECTV stream available for download on the TCL 65R655? I do not want to plug in a different streaming device, I want to use the built-in Roku platform on the tv.

No. I don’t have the tv yet. I’d rather not buy it and set it up before I know it’s available.

If that TV has Roku built-in, then it should support the DirecTV Stream Roku App.
