DIRECTV streaming with sound bar issue
I am using DIRECTV streaming boxes on several tvs. On the ones that use sound bars, the sound will cut out after a certain amount of time passes and I need to hit the volume button to get it to resume. In all cases, I am using ZVOX soundbars. It is very annoying. Anyone know a fix? Thanks.

How are the DirecTV Stream boxes connected to the soundbars?
When did the problem start?
What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

The box is connected to the sound bar using optical toslink cable. I called DIRECTV customer service and they were not able to suggest a fix.

It's not a common issue with the DirecTV Stream box optical audio output. Have checked with the ZVOX support folks?

Does your ZVOX do Bluetooth? I'm using a Bluetooth soundbar with my Dtv Stream box and it works great.
