empty program showing in dvr

What streaming device are you using?

using directv unit.

I've seen that happen but not for that long. The other day I deleted something and it didn't disappear until an hour later. Did u try to go to the website and delete it there? U might also try restarting your box.

Since DirecTV Stream recordings are saved in the cloud, that recording isn't really affecting anything. How long have you waited to see if would disappear on its own?

Have you tried to deleted the recordings from My Library on your DIRECTV STREAM device? 

We also recommend you to make sure your device is updated with the latest version to prevent issues/glitches with the features of the service.

checked after watching 4 recordings and deleting  last night and after watching 2 recordings and deleting them also this morning. it box show the name of program and when i click there is no info at all in. even when i click the 3 dots on remote while in that box, nothing shows up. i am also using there streaming box.

just trying to figure out how to remove it from recording list.

yes i have and that is where it is showing up at.

You should also be able to access your Stream recordings using a web browser .... stream.directv.com

after reading several posts i just removed removed the bookmark for that program and done a reset via red button on side. after reboot it is still there in my recordings in my library.

Try deleting it with a web browser .... www.stream.directv.com

funny thing i was looking over the guide to set recordings cause its easier on web site then on device. i just deleted it there and checked the device and its gone.

so that tells me they have a glitch in system.

good idea and will have to remember that, but shouldn't have to use web to do things when i have there box

how new is this streaming service ???

i have been here only a few days now and i'm finding it to hard with all the clicks to get things done. was with cable provider for many years and didn't have to do so many clicks here and there to record things.
