I am trying to logon to the DIRECTV stream app and I continue to get this message. I can log onto my iPad and my computer with no problems with my username and password, please help

I have/had a different log on for DIRECTV satellite and DIRECTV stream. However, username was the same because it was my email address. So what do I do going forward?
