Genie remote

I ordered a 2 genie remote for my second tv, using the Samsung remote is difficult for my autistic grandchildren, I ordered a 2nd remote just like one it came with genie, will it program to the 2nd tv??? I have tried but will not load.

Yes, it will program to your second Samsung TV. Since it’s a brand-new remote, you just need to pair it to the receiver first.

- Point the new remote at your DIRECTV box, then press and hold the MUTE and ENTER buttons together until the green light blinks twice.

- Once the screen says "Applying IR/RF Setup", press MENU on the remote.

- Go to Settings > Remote Control > Program Remote, and select your Samsung TV from the list.
