How do we fix an issue with the DirecTV streaming receiver (box hooked to TV) shutting itself off after a few seconds?

One of our receivers is not working. The receiver and TV in another room is working fine. TV in living room was not working this morning. The receiver box attached to that TV will not stay on. We unplug it, plug it back in. It looks like it is going to startup, the blue light then the green light comes on. DirecTV Stream comes on the TV screen. IF it stays on long enough, we may view a channel for about 2 seconds, then the receiver shuts off. I have tried contacting support and they had someone with foreign  accent that my husband couldn't understand call, after supervisor call was arranged for the 2nd time. We did not receive the call that was supposed to have been arranged the first time. Is there anyway to get this fixed or do we need a new box?

How long have you had the box/. Might be a power supply issue. Try the power supply on the working box on the box that keeps restarting. Just a troubleshooting step.

Had the boxes since about August last year. I did try switching the power supplies and the same box still shut itself off. Husband finally got ahold of a human he could understand and they sent a new box. I'm installing it now. IF the new one works okay, only issue now is they asked us to return the old box but did not send a return shipping label.
