I'm using the opsry box and for the last week Hulu will open, but not play anything. Tried everything including uninstall/reinstall, shutdown, reboot.

I don't have this problem anymore.  However, on DirecTV, Hulu will suddenly disconnect; especially when first starting.  I have to start all over with my connection to Hulu, and it usually will connect after 1-3 times.  It is absolutely the most flaky app I use on the DirecTV app center.

Hulu works fine well mostly now, although mine will still crash sometimes. But overall it's mostly been fixed.

Mine started working a while back. It's all good.

Going through the DTV Streaming Box, my HULU has started again misbehaving.

Hello @montyjim, we'll be glad to help you with your request by following the next steps.

Go in to the Hulu app and select a Profile name (if applicable)

Scroll all the way to the right to hover on your profile

Navigate down to "About"

Select "App & Device Info"

App version should be the 3 item in the list under "Version Number"

I don't have an Osprey box, but a brand new Gemini Air, and the Hulu app does not work. By not working, it's as others have noted... you can browse around the Hulu app just fine, but nothing plays. If I to play something, nothing plays, and after a long pause I get the error message seen in this picture.

I've uninstalled the Hulu app and reinstalled it multiple time, changes nothing. And my Gemini Air software is up to date.  The Google Play store does not provide any options other than install and uninstall. And my network screams. It's not a network problem.

If DirectTV cannot get this fixed, they'll be losing a brand new customer.

Oh, should mention, I can get to Hulu a lot of other ways (Roku, computer, iPad, etc.) and it all works just fine. So while I cannot say this problem is caused by DirectTV, it is clear that it is DirectTV specific problem, and they need to work with Hulu to get it fixed.

Delighted to report it's working now. No idea why, as I've certainly done nothing more than watching TV. Hope it stays fixed...
