These other streaming services do not experience the repetitive Black Screen issues that I am experiencing with DirecTV Stream...??
Same internet connection, ethernet cable, HDMI Cable, 4K LG TV and with most of these streaming Apps I am using the DirecTV Streaming device to access the Apps. The DirecTV Streaming Device is two weeks old ordered from DirecTV. The App and firmware are up to date.
Suggestions on how to improve or minimize the black Screen issue?
