Local Channel Switch
Signed up for STREAM last night and during the process, the Local Channels shown to us were the Charlotte based ones we have been watching for a year on Cable. When the STREAM setup was completed, we got a different set of Locals. Turns out, there was another option for our SAME Zip Code. We would like to get the Charlotte based channels as that is what we have adapted to, specifically the Fox affiliate WJZY. Hoping that this change can be made since there were 2 options for one Zip Code. If anyone has had any experience with this, it would be nice to hear some information. Thanks!

I live in south central Mn. We have watched the news program from Minneapolis St Paul all our lives and DIRECTV Stream had carried them until a month ago now they stream a very local small news station in their place. Hate it! We also no longer have ABC channel. All this and rates keep rising.

The neighboring locals coverage was remapped earlier in the month so you can no longer get "neighboring" locals

Same thing happened to me, after several phone calls and no resolution or help from customer service & tech support, I had to Cancel (went to hulu for a month) and then set up new account (on my own online) to get it fixed.
