Login issue for HBO Mac and Fire stick. Error 205.4

On 3 occasions, I contacted customer support because I could not add the Direct TV app to my new version 3 Fire Stick and then a few days later when we tried to sign up for HBO Max.

The issue was not accepting the user name and or password. On the last two phone calls to customer service, I was told this issue would be "expedited".

Is anyone else experiencing this? Error 205.4
