My DVR won't record.

My DVR won't record.  I get this message"Looks like something went wrong. We couldn't set the recording you requested."  Can anyone help me?

It turns out that my mailing address was incorrect. I had ordered service before I moved from Houston to Austin.  They had my mailing address as Houston, because they mailed equipment there, but I'm using it in Austin.  Once they corrected the mailing address, everything works perfectly.

It's my DirecTV Stream device that is connect to my TV.  I have tried rebooting, by pressing the red button on the side.  I'm a new subscriber, and have never used any of this before.

Is this issue appearing in all the channels?
