No longer have access to my work email

Hello, everyone. I have direct stream, and when I set it up I used my work email. I no longer work at that company and don’t have access to the email anymore. I was logged out of my direct stream and can’t log back in on my phone. Is there any way I can get back in to change the email and password so I can access the account?
