Received defective Gemini Air device. NEED REPLACEMENT
I just signed up for DirecTV Stream and ordered 2 Gemini Air devices. One device works perfectly but the other device is obviously defective. After starting it shuts down, I've gone through ALL of the troubleshooting steps per your online AI instructions and it still shuts off after a few minutes. I've tried it on both of my TVs and it does not work. It is obviously defective and I'd like a free replacement ASAP.
Note - Today I've already waited several hours for a representative on the phone so I hope you'll respond to my request for a replacement Gemini Air as soon as possible TODAY. Thanks.

I finally had a chat with a representative and I'll be getting a replacement.
So once I get the replacement I'm good.
