As this is a public forum, we have no access to any accounts or passwords. You can address this by calling DIRECTV STREAM (number in my greeting below) and telling the robot ‘DIRECTV STREAM sign-in help.’ From there, you should be sent to the sign-in help department. An agent from there should be able to reset the account and get everything up and running for you.
