Too Man Streams Error - Due to Dynamic IP?

Apparently I and other get this error message because our ISP uses dynamic IP addresses. I use Plumes on the Homepass app (through I3 Broadband.) Does anyone know how to change to static IP addresses to alleviate this issue?

That would be a ISP function if they have static IP's available. Contact your ISP. There are usually a extra monthly charge for the service. Honestly, I would seek another service before I would go that way.
