Unable to log back into my account with correct login info.

I had an internet problem so I decided to log out of the system and now I'm unable to log back in. It keeps timing out.

If your userID and password are still not being recognized, try resetting your password.

  • Do not keep trying because your account will be locked out after several failed attempts.
  • If you are locked out of your account, wait at least 1 hour before attempting to sign in again.
  • If you continue to try to sign in and are locked out again, you will have to wait at least 24 hours before attempting to sign in.
  • Learn how to reset your password.

Other Helpful Tips

Try signing in with a different device.

If you are having troubles signing in on a different device, try clearing cache and cookies or restarting the app.

 

Let's also try to uninstall and reinstall the the DIRECTV STREAM App.
