Unable to use "Alexas" with Firestick
I have Firestick 4K on 3 TV's. Alexa does not respond to any when using Directv Stream.. (I can't find channel 7, etc). It works fine on my smart tv when using Directv Stream devices. I literally cannot use the other TV's because it is impossible to get a channel or guide to help me.

Why are you using Alexa to navigate your Dtv Stream app? Use your firestick remote.

I am using the Alexa Voice Remote that came with the Firestick. Should I investigate compatible remotes that enable me to insert channel numbers?

Firestick remotes do not have channel numbers on them. And you can't navigate via channel number with the fire stick app. The DirecTV stream box has a remote that comes with it with numbers for changing channels.

I have come to the conclusion that Directv Stream Google Voice and Firestick Alexa are not compatible. I got a new numerical Directv Stream remote and cannot pair it with my TV that now is controlled by Firestick. Not sure where to turn at this time.

Did you also get the directv stream box???? U can't use a directv stream remote without the box. I didn't recommend u get the remote only. U will be able to pair the directv stream remote with your tv if you have the directv stream box. Also, directv stream apps are not Alexa enabled.
