update c71kw-200

I have 3 equipment model C71KW-200. always looking for updates when turning on. but they never get updated. Is there any way to force the update? the 3 same failure

Are you using WiFi? Go ethernet for the updates. Been many reports of issues with the updates using WiFi.

Then I would do a factory reset on the box. Make sure you hard-wired (ethernet). Hold red reset button down for about 20-25 sec and it will reboot up showing factory reset. Gp thru install process again.

Let's follow these steps to fix DIRECTV STREAM device:

1-Confirm your device cables are securely connected.
2-Restart your DIRECTV STREAM device.

You can:

1-Press and release the red button on the side.
2-Unplug your device for at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
