Wrong date & time

When I sign into my DIRECTV stream app the wrong date & time are set. How do I fix that?

Are the correct date/time set in the FireTV Settings?

I believe so yes. I still have my cable & the correct date & time are shown on the guide. I’m my stream app it says it’s March 23 6:55

Interesting. Try deleting and reinstalling the DirecTV Stream App.

To change the time zone on your Fire Stick, please go to Settings > Preferences > Time Zone. Then select your time zone location.

I did that. Nothing changed. Still showing wrong date & time. This is frustrating.

@DIRECTVhelp ive tried that but no option for time zone? Maybe I’m doing it work? When u say go to settings? Do u mean on the tv settings? Or in the DIRECTV stream app?

Check those settings in both the Fire TV settings and DirecTV Stream App settings.
