Wrong local channels / wrong "Location Zip Code"
Ever since I updated my CC info with DirecTV Stream a few days ago, I have been getting local channels from Denver, CO as opposed to Dallas, TX (my location).
I discovered that my "Location Zip Code" was incorrect. Trying to get it fixed by talking to DirecTV Stream support representatives (3 to be exact) did not work. I discovered that the only way to fix it is by "restarting" the box. After restarting, the "Location Zip Code" is corrected, but it takes a few minutes for the channel guide to correct itself and the correct local channels start to work. But the fix is only temporary. Every morning (and sometimes during the day), I discover that I am not getting correct local channels and confirm that the "Location Zip Code" has reverted back to being incorrect. Billing zip code is correct. I have 3 boxes and it is happening on all three boxes.
Any suggestions on how to fix this permanently?

Try doing a factory reset on one box and see if that corrects the situation. Hold the red button down for about 30 seconds to complete the factory reset.

Also, restart your internet modem/router.
