I don't understand the 1. If it was more than 2 then I possibly could see an issue. Are you signed in somewhere else and forgot to exit the app? Have you ever been somewhere else? Are you sharing with anyone else?

@Ksbarrett that is strange because mine has it.  What type of Roku do you have?

@bcbsncjlj What you are saying about the Roku not being able to set home location is wrong you can maybe not on all of them but on the Roku's I have they all have the feature and I have 3.  Here is my example (Photo's below) and this is how I set my home location for Directv Stream before getting Directv's Streaming Box.  And when I took my Roku and went to another location it knew based on setting my home location setting that I was not at home so you cannot say that they cannot tell the difference because it can.

The message about reaching streaming capacity I have never seen before. It does not sound like a number of streams message.

@Ksbarrett can you post a picture of the error message that you are getting?

@Tiger593 None of mine have a home setting. Roku do not have location services, so the home is only used for the DirecTV Stream. I travel all over the country since I am retired in a RV. I always get my home based locals since they can not determine my location. Furthermore, I am currently in Georgia and receiving NC locals. If something has changed with DirecTV Stream, I am not aware of it. It's been working like this for about 6 years.

@Tiger593  I have a roku streaming stick+

@Ksbarrett  That is really strange I have the 2 Roku Streaming Stick + and they both offer the home setting.  I even have a Roku TV that has the ability to set the home location.  How long have you had this streaming service?  Can you look at your billing and see what it says for the number of streams?
