Zumo tv turns on and works all functions. Except it wont turn off the tv

Never heard of a "Zumo" TV. Are you sure of the brand/name of the TV?

What device are you using for DirecTV Stream? Do you mean Element Xumo?

I can confirm that the gemini remote will not power on or off the westinghouse Xumo tv
