100 Gift card promo

I was told that by upgrading my video services; I would get a 100 gift card by mail.

Since, my upgrade I still have not received any type of confirmation or card in the mail.

What is the hold up? An Error or false advertisement? 

The upgrade video service is great we are loving it, but the pretence of how we were influenced in upgrading seem to me like have not been meet. 

Please let me know if this is how AT&T operates, if  so I will need to look for a new provider.
