$100 Rebate Card (and a little complaining)

I am so sick of this service... There is no company I hate more than AT&T... I am always lied to, and the customer service representatives dance around questions like I'm a stupid person (can't use the oh so bad "I" word that rhymes with pidiot).  There is never any clear answer, and the bill is ALWAYS more than I'm told it will be.  The way these people deal with customers is borderline criminal...

 

Now that I've gotten that out of my system, I was told many times that I'd get a $100 rebate card/form mailed to me (again, never a clear answer).  It's been a while since I stopped inquiring about it... Which I assume is their plan.  But I am ready to cancel the service and I want to know how to get it before I cancel.  Is there anywhere on the site where I can request to get it e-mailed to me?  It seems ridiculous that in 2014 it's not made simple electronically.  

 

I've already been jerked around my entire time I've been a customer with AT&T.  I changed my plan a few months ago to a plan that I was told time and time again would be $88 and I repeatedly asked the representative if it would stay at $88 because I know how excited they get about changing prices on their customers on a whim.  She told me that nothing would change, but of course, for the past 3 months I've been paying $114.  It's not even worth my time anymore to try to dispute it with these sleezy reps.  I checked for promotions that could have possibly ended, but nothing.  I really don't understand how such a large company can have such poor standards...

For the Rewards Card you can check the Reward Center.

 

For the other issues

You can send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you in two to three business days to help you get a resolution to your problems.

Same issue.  Promised $100, called multiple times.  Promised I'd be called back.  Never ever have been.  Year later no $100.  May write the MN Attourney General to complain.  I'm going to call one more time and demand a bill credit, not a card.  If not, I'll start letter writing...

@Jeffster   They just keep sending them back to Reward Center now.

 

@dben89x  @PAALJA   Suppossed to get letter 30 days after install telling you to go to the Reward Center and redeem your reward.  Then 3-4 weeks later it is delivered.

 

If you don't redeem it within those 60 days it is expired and Reward Center will not re-issue expired rewards per their rules. 😉
