15 years of Cell & Uverse loyalty gets you the middle finger

After a great run of tv service, ATT has decided that my loyalty isn't worth it. They dropped my incentives and told me to find another carrier...

All I asked was to move from U450 to basic which they then pushed my broadband price up higher! I asked about the ATT (Texas) charge for tv broadcast fee of $5.99/month? I was told this is an ATT fee and will not be waived b/c it's a cash cow.

This is corporate greed at it's finest with the inane support minions pushing it's agenda for these fat and healthy executives and shareholders.
