2 bills for one phone number

Does anyone know how to get a mistake made by att corrected?  I am being billed for a landline with the same number as my uverse number.  Hours spent with the 1-800 people with no corrective action taken.

Finally fixed.  After 2 months and at least 10 phone reps whose jobs are to play "sell something else" the customer care from this forum has taken care of my problem.  So, a BIG Thank you!  At least we know they have one employee who can think, read, hear and reason.
