2 huge 5 feet holes in my front yard!
On October 20th, I came home from work to find 2 huge holes in my front yard from AT&T. They were repairing a line that had been cut. The workman told me that they would be back the next day to fill the holes they dug but never did. I have called the 1-800 number 4 times in the last week and come to find out they closed my ticket and said the job is completed. However, leaving 2 big holes in someone's front yard is far from complete. They sent 2 technicians out (the same one both times) both times he said they couldn't help but didn't know who to contact. Do you know who I can contact to get my holes filled in? At this point their is water to the top of the holes due to rain and a child could fall in it and drowned. I live in a neighborhood with many children and Halloween is a week away. Having those holes in my front yard is a big hazarded!!! Evidently unfilled holes is a normal practice for AT&T. Their are countless cases of this happening to other people and some holes go 6 month to a year with out being fill. I'm am hoping someone can get me in touch with someone that can help because the people working in the call center are useless!!! This is so unexpectable!!!

Evidence for this? You're right, I don't expect it either.
My suggestion to see your issue corrected would be to contact @ATTU-verseCare by clicking on their name and clicking the Send Message button to send them a Private Message. To speed things up include your name, Billing Account Number and the best way and time to reach you. You can watch for a reply PM, the envelope at the upper right-hand corner will blink and have a number by it.

I didn't say to e-mail, I said to send them a Private Message. I don't know what e-mail address you used to report this, but it obviously didn't work.
